What we are
Brandes Positive Impact LLC is a consulting and product firm registered in the State of Delaware. The work centers on three connected areas: product strategy, the human side of scaling, and AI consulting and integration. We engage with leadership teams that are past the early stage and have started running into the trade-offs that come with growth, where the speed that got you here starts working against you, and the way decisions used to happen no longer fits the size of the company.
Why this combination
Most consulting practices specialize narrowly. The reason we work across product, behavior, and AI is that scaling problems rarely sit inside one domain. A product decision triggers a process change. A process change asks more of the team. New tooling, increasingly AI-shaped, shifts both. Treating these as separate problems usually means solving none of them well. We treat them as one problem with three angles.
How we work
Engagements are scoped to the situation rather than productized. Some are short, a few weeks of assessment and recommendations. Others are longer advisory relationships with leadership teams as they move through a transition. The firm also conducts its own research and develops products across the same areas of practice. The firm stays small on purpose so the work stays focused.
